Domestic & International Delivery

Our warehouse team & customer service team are taking a well-deserved break over the Christmas and New Year holidays. As such, all orders placed between Wednesday 18th December 2024 to Tuesday 7th Jan 2025, will start to be dispatched from Wednesday 8th of January. We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, please lookout for a dispatch confirmation following the 8th of January for the status of your order. We strive to provide our customers with an excellent customer experience. With the current freight network delays and a significantly higher parcel volume, we have made the decision to suspend our express post service as we are unable to guarantee the fast delivery you have been used to on our site. We did not feel it is right to be charging for a service that is not performing at its usual high standard. Please know, our Standard delivery service is still a Priority Service & we are in contact with our freight services to ensure we are able to provide as best of an experience possible. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours unless there are extenuating circumstances where this time may be slightly longer. Depending on your location, delivery will take between 2-4 business days within Australia and 7-10 business days internationally. During Promotion and Sale periods, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes.

Free Delivery on Orders over $75. It will cost $12.95 to ship your Australis goodies if your product order is less than $75. Please note, cost of shipping is not included as part of the $75 minimum spend for free shipping. For international delivery, shipping cost are calculated by the destination country of your package once you begin the checkout process.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all the tracking details. Majority of our online orders are dispatched using Star Track and you can track the parcel on their website www.startrack.com.au.

If your order hasn't yet been shipped, we may be able to amend the delivery address. Please get in contact with our customer service team as soon as possible to let them know the issue. Please ensure you have the order number included in your message.

The parcel will be left in a secure location if possible. If there is nowhere secure enough to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a card and you will need to contact Star Track to organise another delivery.

Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses and Parcel Lockers (for Air freight orders only).

Yes, only if you are home when the parcel is delivered, you will be asked to sign for the delivery. If not home the parcel will be left in a secure location if possible.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected beforehand and are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Charges vary in each country. You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Australis does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. Products classified as Dangerous Goods are at risk of being rejected by certain countries. Aerosols for example, cannot go via Air internationally.

This item has Free Domestic Shipping applied to it. This means that if you order this item, all items in your cart will be shipped for free within Australia.

Yes, we usually do offer express shipping at $15 for Australia. However, due to delays in the freight network, we have temporarily suspended our Express Shipping option until further notice.

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the faulty item's name and number and a description of the fault. Returns Policy

If for some reason you do not wish to keep a product ordered from this website you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the date of receipt. We will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging; no refund can be made for products that have been used. If you are returning Aerosols or flammable Liquids please contact us first to discuss as they cannot be sent via Australia Post.
